The US envoy called on both sides of the conflict to allow the entry of life-saving humanitarian aid across the border and on the firing lines “now.”
He said that the health conditions of those fleeing the conflict in Darfur to Chad are very bad, noting that there are signs of severe malnutrition among the new arrivals to the camps.
