Sudan Events – Magda Hassan

This week, the Ratina Forum is organizing an artistic event for children in Egypt between the ages of three and ten.
Omar Ashari, director of the forum, explained that the opportunity is two children per family with their parents so that they have a greater opportunity to participate in this free event. “Without diminishing the psychological suffering that we all face at different ages due to the war in Sudan, Khartoum and the various states affected by the war, and displacement to safe places and states, and asylum in different countries.” He said.
“Despite this collective suffering, we in the “Ratina” Forum direct this simple contribution to children between the ages of three and ten in Egypt to create beautiful and different memories with them and their honorable families that may be attached to their innocent hearts in this difficult period of our lives, their lives, and the life of our country.” He added. He stated that the children of this country deserve perhaps a better present and a different future from this bleak reality, and we, people of advanced ages and various institutions, must contribute in some way in creating a different reality and future for them, we take inspiration from the famous words of the Qadal: “For our happiness, for our hopes, and f the eyes of our children will not be defeated.” Ashari noted that registration in this event comes first.
The event will be held at the Taiba Mall Theater, and will include puppet theatre, children’s heritage stories, and Sudanese films.
