TSC Pledges to Make Agricultural Season in Gedaref a success

Member of the Transitional Sovereign Council (TSC), Lieutenant General, Marine Engineer Ibrahim Jaber, has pledged to overcome all obstacles, provide the necessary needs and agricultural inputs, improve seeds, and open outlets and partnerships with relevant banks and economic institutions.
Jaber met in his office (Tuesday) in Port Sudan with the Governor of Gedaref, Major General Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, and was briefed on the indicative plan for the agricultural season and the obstacles and challenges facing the success of the agricultural season in Gedaref. Jaber praised the efforts made by the state to make last season a success under the current circumstances in fulfillment of the slogan “Sudan will not go hungry.” .
For his part, the Governor of Gedaref provided an enlightenment on the indicative plan for the agricultural season and its needs for financing and agricultural and industrial production inputs, noting that the member of the Sovereign Council had pledged to overcome all obstacles and provide what is necessary for the success of the agricultural season in Gedaref State.
