Hummels and Goretzica are excluded from Germany’s Euro 2024 squad

Julian Nagelsmann, coach of the German national team, announced the list of players that will participate in the European Nations Cup, Euro 2024, which will start next June 14 and last a full month until July 14, with the participation of 24 teams.
The German national team roster included the presence of 4 goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Alexander Nubel, and Oliver Pohlmann. It also witnessed the exclusion of Leon Goretzica, the Bayern Munich midfielder, and Mats Hummels, the Borussia Dortmund defender.
The German national team list is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Oliver Baumann, Manuel Neuer, Alexander Nubel, Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Defense line: Waldemar Anton, Benjamin Henriques, Joshua Kimmich, Robin Koch, Maximilian Mittelstad, David Raum, Antonio Rudiger, Niko Schulterbeek, Jonathan Tah.
Midfield: Robert Andrich, Chris Voerich, Pascal Gross, Ilkay Gundogan, Toni Kroos, Jamal Musiala, Aleksandar Pavlovic, Leroy Sane, Florian Wirtz.
Attack: Maximilian Pierre, Niklas Volkorg, Kai Havertz, Thomas Müller and Denis Undav
The German machinery team is scheduled to gather at the end of this month to prepare for the Euro and play two friendly matches against Ukraine on June 3 and Greece on the 7th of the same month.
