Actress Mona Zaki revealed her possible position on participating in the Ramadan 2025 drama, after her absence from the previous season due to her commitments to filming new cinematic works.
Mona Zaki achieved great success in Ramadan 2023 through the series “Under Guardianship.”
Despite the increasing requests for her participation in drama series for the next season, Mona explained in an interview with “Laha” magazine that she has not yet decided to participate in any work, and is not sure whether she would prefer a work consisting of 15 episodes or 30 episodes.
The film “Journey 404” is Mona’s latest artistic work, as it achieved remarkable success, with revenues exceeding 25 million pounds, and it won prestigious awards at film festivals, such as “Aswan Women’s Film Festival” and “Luxor Film Festival.”
Participating in the film were: Muhammad Mamdouh, Khaled Al-Sawy, Muhammad Farraj, Sherine Reda, Hassan Al-Adl, Muhammad Alaa, Jihan Al-Shamasherji, Arifa Abdel-Rasoul. It was written by Muhammad Raja and directed by Hani Khalifa, and its events revolve around “Ghada”, who seeks to get rid of her past with all its mistakes and starting a new life, only to discover that the past is cruelly chasing her, and at the time when she seeks to go to Hajj, then she is surprised by difficult crises that put her in trouble and she finds no one to save her.
