The artist, Donia Samir Ghanem, published on her personal Instagram account a picture from the scenes of her latest cinematic work, announcing the change of its name from “The Guardian” to “Rocky Al Ghalaba”, and starring the artist Mohamed Mamdouh, where she commented on the picture, saying: “Rocky Al Ghalaba” in 2024 summar, God willing.
The film’s events take place within the framework of a comedic social fantasy, during which Dounia embodies the character of “Body Guard” who protects the artist Mohamed Mamdouh, which creates many ironies and comedic situations throughout the events.
“Rocky Al Ghalaba” marks the return of Donia Samir Ghanem to cinema screens after an absence of more than four years since she presented the film “Tasleem Ahaly”, which is the last work of her late mother Dalal Abdel Aziz, and co-starring in the film are: Mohamed Mamdouh, Mohamed Tharwat, and Bayoumi Fouad and Muhammad Radwan, as Ahmed Saad appears as a guest of honor in the events, and the rest of the film’s heroes are currently officially contracted, and the work is written by Karim Youssef, directed by Ahmed Al-Jundi, and produced by Muhammad Ahmed Al-Sabki.
