Guterres’ Envoy Arrives in Port Sudan to Meet Al-Burhan and Kabashi

The Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ramtane Lamamra, has arrived in Port Sudan to discuss the situation in Sudan and efforts to bring peace.
According to Al Sharq, Lamamra will meet with the head of the Sovereign Council and the Army Commander, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, and the Deputy Army Commander, Lieutenant General Shams Al-Din Kabbashi, to discuss ending the war.
