Civilian deaths due to Militia shelling in El Fasher

Artillery shelling on the western and southern neighborhoods of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur state, on Monday, resulted in civilian deaths and injuries due to the fall of rocket shells. Citizens said that the source of the shells was the areas where the Rapid Support RSF Militia is stationed east of El Fasher.
Bashar, who lives in El Fasher, said according to “Ultra Sudan” that rocket shells fell on some houses in the Tambas neighborhood west of El Fasher on Monday, and there is affirmed information on the killing of civilians as a result of the artillery shelling.
Bashar added: “About ten shells fell on some houses in the Tambas neighborhood west of El Fasher, killing civilians and injuring others.”
