President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council TSC , Commander-in-Chief of the SAF Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory telegram to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on Thursday, on the occasion of his country’s National Day, wishing the Russian people continued development and prosperity.
In his telegram, Al-Burhan expressed the desire of the Sudanese government and people to “advance the prospects of bilateral cooperation and strengthen relations between Sudan and Russia in a way that serves the common interests of the peoples of the two countries.”
