Biden: Sudanese deserve to live in an atmosphere free of violence

US President Joe Biden expressed his wishes for peace for Muslim communities in Sudan.
Biden said in a statement on the occasion of Eid al-Adha that Muslims in Sudan, Gaza, Burma and around the world deserve to live in an atmosphere free of violence.
Biden acknowledged the difficult situations that people in Gaza are celebrating this year and the suffering of innocent civilians from the horrors of the war between Hamas and Israel, and the atrocities endured by other communities in Burma, China and elsewhere.
