Northern state receives advanced devices from the Ministry of Communications for more than $ 1 million.

General Secretariat of the Northern state Government and the Ministry of Investment and Industry in the state received two server devices with high specifications provided by the Federal Ministry of Communications at a financial cost exceeding $1 million , in the presence of the Northern state Governor Abdeen Awad Allah, the Secretary General of the Government Awad Al-Karim Rabie, Acting Minister of Investment and Industry, Eng. Omar Ali Saleh, and Director General of the State Information Center, Fathi Mohamed Abdul Rahim.
The Northern state Governor affirmed the keenness to prepare the work environment at the state Information Center to install and connect the center’s server to benefit from its capabilities in saving and retrieving information, ensuring its preservation, and providing backup copies of systems and programs.
For his part, Acting Minister of Investment and Industry in the Northern state explained in press statements that the device meets the needs of the State Information Center to provide the best government transactions in the state after the National Information Center went out of service, which required finding alternatives and expanding the circle of servers in more than one location in Sudan.
He added that the Ministry of Investment has completed the rehabilitation of its information center to receive information related to the ministry.
