Revealing the killing of more than 46,000 Civilians in the Sudan war

Mishad Human Rights Observatory revealed new information about the statistics of the war launched by the Rapid Support Forces RSF on Sudan on April 15, 2023.
The observatory said that there are approximately 10,612,000 citizens who were forced to flee to safe states and shelters in the largest forced displacement operation due to the Rapid Support Forces RSF’ violations against civilians. The death toll among civilians exceeded (46,421) people, including (8,729) children, in addition to (89,243) wounded, in addition to (5,780) missing persons.
Regarding cases of sexual assault, more than (3,911) women and girls were raped, including (1,117) girls under 18 years old.
Statistics from Mashad Observatory affirmed that more than (109,550thousands homes, schools, public and private facilities, and health facilities were burned, looted, and destroyed by the Rapid Support Forces RSF in addition to the damage to (318) religious sites (Muslim or Christian).
Damage was also inflicted on (77) archaeological and cultural sites, ranging from total to partial destruction, in addition to the looting of (401) markets in various cities and villages.
