Civil entities said that the Rapid Support RSF Militia committed physical assassinations in the city of Hasahisa in Gezira state, one of the victims being a doctor.
Sudan Doctors Network said in a press release on Friday that the Rapid Support Forces RSF liquidated the former director of Hasahisa Hospital in Gezira state, Dr. Farouq Yahya Mohamed Abdul Rahim, in front of his family.
Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemned what it considered a heinous crime, representing a continuation of the Rapid Support Forces RSF record of committing serious violations against unarmed civilians.
The network said, “This heinous and inhumane act is part of the policy of systematic assassinations practiced by the Rapid Support Forces RSF against medical personnel and innocent civilians in areas under their control.”
In the same context, the Hasahisa Resistance accused the Rapid Support Forces in a separate statement of assassinating the young man Farid Nour El-Din, who was found dead on Thursday in the Taif neighborhood near the factories.
