The United Nations World Food Program UN WFP said that unidentified armed men attacked, on Sunday, three trucks belonging to the program loaded with food aid on their way to central Darfur.
He revealed that the gunmen looted the food aid that was intended to feed thousands of people, calling on local authorities to ensure that the perpetrators are held accountable.
He added: “All parties must ensure the safe delivery of supplies.”
