Atbara Airport to open in the Coming Days

Higher Committee for the Development of Atbara Airport called on the efforts of supporters, all donors to deliver donations and fulfill obligations in all aspects so that the committee can announce the opening program in the coming few days.
The committee explained that what has been accomplished is the result of contributions from workers, companies, banks and businessmen in the River Nile .
This came during its meeting (Wednesday) in the arrivals and departures hall at Atbara International Airport, headed by Eng. Salah Ali Karkaba, Minister of Production and Economic Resources, Chairperson of the Committee, and in the presence of Samir Saeed, Minister of Infrastructure, Alternate Chairperson of the Committee.
The committee appreciated what has been accomplished in all technical aspects of the airport with special effort in light of the prevailing circumstances in the country.
