The Sudanese army SAF and the regular forces and mobilized forces, prevented on Thursday, the Rapid Support RSF Militia from attacking the southern and western axes on Sennar city.
Field sources informed “Sudan Tribune” that the Rapid Support Forces RSF were expected to advance into Sennar city on Thursday morning through the area on the outskirts of the town of Mairnoo, which is located about 10 kilometers south of Sennar.
Clashes erupted between the two bridges at the entrance to Mairnoo before the SAF advanced to repel and inflict casualties and equipment on the Rapid Support RSF Militia, according to a statement by the Sennar Youth Gathering.
Especially since it targets the regional warplanes’ areas later, as it targets large numbers of militias near Mairnoo, forcing them to control the area’s surroundings.
In the context, the bodies of Sennar youth were covered by violent clashes, on Thursday afternoon, between the Sudanese army SAF and the Rapid Support RSF Militia at the Arab Bridge west of Sennar city, with the sounds of artillery shelling inside the city.
Ammar Hassan Al-Shaabi, on behalf of the popular Support Resistance to the SAF , said in a post on Facebook: “The army soldiers in the Sennar axis are victorious and are drawing pictures of sacrifice .”
