Sudan Events – Follow-ups
President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council TSC ,Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces SAF , Lt.Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory message to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
Al-Burhan said in his message , “As you celebrate your country’s National Day, it is my pleasure to extend to Your Excellency, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Sudanese people, my warmest congratulations and best wishes, coupled with our wishes for you to continue to be healthy and well, and for the brotherly Egyptian people to progress and prosper, and to achieve further progress and development under your wise leadership.”
The President of the Sovereignty Council expressed his deep appreciation for the role of Egypt, government and people, in its unlimited support for Sudan’s issues, which reflects the strength of relations between the two countries, and the depth of the ties of sincere brotherhood between the two brotherly peoples.
Al-Burhan renewed his keenness to continue joint work between the leadership of the two countries to develop the distinguished relations of cooperation, expand their scopes and advance them for the good and benefit of the two brotherly peoples.
