At least (23) people were killed and dozens were injured on Saturday in a shelling by the Rapid Support Forces RSF that targeted populated neighborhoods in El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur state.

Ground clashes resumed at a more violent pace between the joint force affiliated with the armed movements and the Rapid Support Forces RSF in the southern part of the city after a hiatus that lasted for weeks.
