SMRC Forms Committee to Support Flood and Torrent Victims

Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company (SMRC) Limited, Mohamed Tahir Omar,
announced the issuance of a decision to form a committee to support flood and torrent victims in all states and mining areas, including all relevant departments, to follow up on the effects on workers in the mining sector.
The Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company (SMRC) Limited, Mohamed Tahir Omar, offered his sincere condolences to the victims of floods and torrents in the Abu Hamad area and the rest of Sudan.
He appealed to workers in areas affected by floods and torrents to stay away from work sites, especially mines and wells, to preserve their lives.
