The Government Pursues (12) Accused Via Interpol

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council TSC, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces SAF ,Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met on Tuesday with the Attorney General, Mawlana Al-Fateh Mohamed Issa Tayfour.
The Attorney General said in a press statement that he informed the President of the Sovereignty Council TSC on the progress of work in the Public Prosecution and the ongoing preparations for the (57)session of human rights, and the overall criminal work in the country, which is proceeding well, particularly the work of the National Committee to Investigate Crimes, Violations and Violations of National Law and International Humanitarian Law.
The Attorney General said that investigations in many cases are proceeding well, and we will request the red notice from Interpol for 12 of the accused, followed by other lists and addressing Interpol to arrest the accused in order to try them inside Sudan, adding that there will be trials in absentia for those interested who have not been arrested.
He affirmed that the Public Prosecution is taking strong steps to preserve the rule of law, prosecute violators of the law and restore rights to their owners.
