Army Bombards Militia Gatherings in Khartoum

The Sudanese army launched heavy artillery attacks on the Rapid Support Forces militia positions in the southern and eastern parts of Khartoum on Tuesday.
Columns of smoke were seen rising from the Ramla, Lamab, and Arkwit areas in the capital, Khartoum.
In a related development, the military’s artillery targeted the Al-Azhari and South Belt neighborhoods in southern Khartoum.
On Monday, armed clashes between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces resumed in Khartoum, causing concern among local residents.
