700 cholera cases recorded in River Nile State

Health authorities in River Nile State announced on Wednesday that the number of cholera cases has risen to 700, with 30 deaths.
According to a statement from the State’s Ministry of Health, 82 new cases were recorded, including two deaths in Al-Damer and Berber. The number of patients admitted to isolation centers reached 210.
Al-Damer locality registered the highest number of cases with 47, followed by Atbara with 17, and Berber with 13. Additionally, one case was reported in each of Abu Hamed and Al-Buhaira localities, along with three cases from travelers. The number of recovered cases stands at 406.
