The death toll from artillery shelling by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the city of Sennar has risen to around 40, according to the Sennar Youth Coalition on Monday. The coalition’s statement mentioned that the shelling targeted densely populated areas, including the vegetable market, with the number of injured reaching around 100. Sennar Hospital is suffering from a severe shortage of medical supplies and staff.
