Residents in southern Khartoum, especially west of the Jebel Aulia Dam, have reported increased abuses by RSF militia forces controlling the area. A citizen, Amal Abdel Rahman, mentioned food shortages and the absence of communal kitchens in the area. She also noted increasing cases of armed robbery, extortion, and recently, the emergence of sexual violence against young girls.
