UEFA Women’s Champions League: Intense Clashes in the Second Round

The second-round draw for the UEFA Women’s Champions League took place on Monday, with teams vying for the remaining 12 spots in the group stage.
The draw includes Spanish champions Barcelona, last season’s runners-up and record eight-time winners Lyon, as well as Bayern Munich and Chelsea, all awaiting the group-stage qualifiers.
Among the 12 matchups are: St. Pölten (Austria) vs. Mura (Slovenia), Benfica (Portugal) vs. Hammarby (Sweden), Osijek (Croatia) vs. Twente (Netherlands), Galatasaray (Turkey) vs. Slavia Prague (Czech Republic), and Roma (Italy) vs. Servette Geneva (Switzerland).
The first-leg matches will be played on September 18-19, with the return legs on September 25-26. Group stage matches will start on October 8.
