The World Health Organization (WHO) stated on Tuesday that it had documented more than 100 attacks on healthcare facilities since the outbreak of the conflict in Sudan.
The WHO noted that the number of attacks verified on Sudanese healthcare facilities had exceeded 100, with 108 incidents confirmed.
Of the 100 confirmed attacks, 75 were carried out on healthcare facilities, affecting 45 health workers.
The organization also reported attacks on ambulances, medical supplies, and warehouses.
It noted that patients were directly impacted in 29 of these incidents.
