The Khartoum State government announced Thursday that six civilians were killed, and 32 others injured in artillery shelling by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on northern Omdurman. The Ministry of Health’s spokesperson in Khartoum, Mohammed Ibrahim, stated that the wounded were admitted to Al-Naw Hospital following the shelling in Karari residential areas early Thursday morning.

At least 18 people were killed, and over 40 others were injured in artillery shelling by the RSF on a crowded market in southern El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur, on Thursday. A doctor from the Saudi hospital in El Fasher reported that the shelling hit the livestock market, causing significant casualties. The hospital is facing shortages of essential medical supplies, including intravenous solutions, gauze, and cotton.
