New NATO Leader Prioritizes Ukraine

Mark Rutte, who officially took over the leadership of NATO on Tuesday, reaffirmed the alliance’s continued military support for Ukraine, calling it a “top priority.” The former Dutch Prime Minister told reporters in Brussels, “Ukraine is at the top of the list.” When asked about the possibility of former U.S. President Donald Trump returning to the White House, Rutte expressed no concerns. He said, “I’m not worried. I know the candidates well and worked with Donald Trump for four years.”
