Darfur Regional Governor, Minni Arko Minnawi, reaffirmed Sudan’s categorical rejection of negative international and regional interventions, especially by countries that fuel the ongoing war by providing military support to the rebel RSF.
In a press statement following his meeting with the African Peace and Security Council delegation in Port Sudan on Thursday, Minnawi said that the delegation had conveyed a message from the African Union Commission expressing its desire to reach a ceasefire and achieve a resolution in line with a roadmap held by the delegation.
