Al-Mirghani appoints three deputies in leadership of the “Unionist Party”

The leader of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), Maulana Mohamed Osman Al-Mirghani, issued a decision appointing three deputies: Abdullah Mohamed Osman Al-Mirghani, Mirghani Abdulrahman Al-Haj Suleiman, and Professor Al-Bukhari Al-Jaali. The three deputies took their oaths before him on Thursday morning.
Party spokesperson Omar Khalafallah Youssef stated that the decisions came in support of the party’s role in assuming its historical national responsibility and strengthening its efforts to address the political crisis in the country, as well as the impact of the rebellion of the Rapid Support Forces on the Sudanese state, while adhering to the principle of active participation to enable the party to stand by the Sudanese people in their current hardship.
