Kremlin: Putin Still Open to Talks with Scholz

The Kremlin stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin remains open to a conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov noted that no proposal has been made by Germany for such contact, in response to recent statements by German officials suggesting Putin is unwilling to engage.
