The Khartoum State Water Authority announced that the armed forces successfully entered the Al-Muqran Water Station and expelled the militia forces. In a press statement on Tuesday, the authority noted that preliminary arrangements are being made by the Engineering Corps to ensure the station is free of explosive remnants, which pose a risk to workers’ safety. The engineering and technical teams have not yet entered the station, and a further press release will be issued after the specialized engineering teams assess the damage and losses to the equipment and operational systems.
