Sudan Events – Monitoring
Human rights sources reported on Sunday that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) committed horrific violations in East Al-Jazeera, including preventing civilians from leaving the city of Rufaa and slaughtering three detainees from the village of Al-Sariha, among them an infant forcibly taken from his mother.
The “Al-Jazeera Conference” stated in a release that the bodies of the three victims were found in separate areas in Al-Sariha, two in an agricultural field and the third in an irrigation canal.
According to the release, the attack by the Rapid Support Forces on Al-Sariha on Friday resulted in the deaths of 124 people, injuries to 200 others, and the detention of 150 civilians who were taken to detention centers in the area of “Kab Al-Jadad.”
The residents of Al-Sariha expressed fears of potential executions of the detainees and began searching irrigation canals and fields for possible bodies.
The “Central Forum Call” confirmed the killing of several hostages abducted by the RSF from Al-Sariha, with their bodies found in the fields, including that of an infant who was slaughtered by the militia.
In Rufaa, the RSF prevented citizens from leaving the city, using them as human shields, according to the “Rufaa Resistance Committees.”
