The European Union’s foreign policy representative, Josep Borrell, condemned the RSF’s violations and massacres in Sudan’s Jazira state, describing reports of mass killings and rapes as “deeply disturbing.” In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he added, “Massacres against civilians must stop, and the perpetrators must be held accountable. The EU is working to achieve justice.”
