Israeli Threat of “All-Out War” Against Iran

The Israeli army threatened an “all-out war” against Iran if it carries out its threats to launch new strikes, coinciding with the arrival of several U.S. B-52 bombers in the region to deter Iranian threats.
General Michael Kurilla, commander of U.S. Central Command, held talks yesterday with Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, which included assessments of strategic threats, ways to bolster defenses, and a visit to the deployment site of the U.S. THAAD air defense system in Israel.
Israeli media quoted a military official as confirming that Tel Aviv decided to cease its “verbal exchanges” with Tehran, warning that any new Iranian strike would lead to a full-scale war, not just a reciprocal response.
Former Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman called for a preemptive strike against Iran, targeting its infrastructure and nuclear facilities.
In Tehran, the tension with Israel overshadowed the 45th anniversary events of the occupation of the U.S. embassy, where IRGC Commander Hossein Salami announced the readiness of the “Resistance Front” to confront Israel, warning of the “collapse” of the U.S. and Israel if they do not change their policies.
Iranian President Massoud Bazeshkian stated that his country “will not leave any aggression against its territory and security unanswered,” but added that Israel’s acceptance of a ceasefire would affect the severity of the response.
