The Rapid Support Forces militia hijacked a UNICEF truck loaded with medicines, vaccines, and baby food in the Wad Abu Salah area. The truck was en route to Um Duban and coming from Port Sudan.
This is the second such incident within a week.
Sources told Asda Sudan that the truck was taken along with its full cargo to an unknown location.
The Humanitarian Aid Commission had accused the Rapid Support Forces militia on Tuesday of looting a World Food Programme aid convoy that was headed to the Zamzam camp in El Fasher and diverting it to South Darfur.
