On his tour of military units, Major General Shams Eddin Kabbashi, member of the Sovereign Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief, arrived in the town of Managil in Al-Jazeera State. He was accompanied by Major General Mohammed Abbas Al-Labeeb, Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, and Major General Moatasem Abdullah, Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System.
Kabbashi was welcomed by Al-Jazeera State Governor Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair, First Infantry Division Commander Major General Awad Al-Karim Ali Said, members of the security committee, and several leaders and officials.
He was briefed on the progress of military operations in the western axis and the advance towards Wad Madani, and reassured about the readiness of the armed forces, other regular forces, and volunteers to continue the battle for dignity and pride to defeat the terrorist militia. Kabbashi commended the high morale and efforts of the armed forces and vowed to celebrate victory soon from inside Wad Madani.
