The Armed Forces repelled an attack by the Rapid Support Forces militia on the Al-Awaj area in White Nile state with more than 50 combat vehicles.
According to the “Sudanese Echo” website, the army inflicted heavy losses on the attacking force, forcing them to retreat and leaving behind many dead and wounded.
