Khartoum Decides to Suspend Schooling

The Director-General of the Ministry of Education in Khartoum State, Qareeb Allah Mohammed Ahmed, issued a decision to suspend studies in all schools in Khartoum State.
The decision justified the suspension of schooling to allow everyone to focus on taking the Sudanese Certificate Exams.
The decision outlined that classes for the sixth grade, third intermediate, and third-year high school for the 2023-2024 academic year would resume starting Sunday, January 12.
