U.S. Official: Pakistan Developing Missiles That Could Be Used Against Us

On Thursday, U.S. National Security Advisor Deputy John Feiner said that nuclear-armed Pakistan is developing long-range ballistic missile capabilities that could ultimately allow the country to strike targets outside South Asia, including the United States.
The senior White House official added that Pakistan’s behavior raises “serious questions” about its intentions.
Speaking at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Feiner said, “Honestly, it’s hard for us to see Pakistan’s actions as anything other than an emerging threat to the United States.”
