The joint forces in the West Darfur region issued a statement about airstrikes carried out by the Sudanese Air Force on Rapid Support Forces militia gatherings in the Kelebs locality in West Darfur.
The spokesperson for the joint forces, Captain Abdelhamid Abdullah (Richard), said: “The Sudanese Air Force carried out precise and intense airstrikes targeting the enemy’s gatherings, resulting in significant losses in personnel and military equipment. These strikes led to the death of 37 mercenaries, and 45 others were injured and transferred to the Saliea locality. Seven combat vehicles, which carried dual-barrel guns, ammunition, and military uniforms, were destroyed.”
The joint forces also mentioned that they inflicted heavy casualties on the militia in the Mahou area, eradicating the terrorist militia that had caused destruction and injustice in the region.
