On Monday, General Shamsuddin Kabbashi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sudan’s Sovereign Council, arrived in the Managil locality, accompanied by General Mohamed Abbas Al-Labeeb, Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, and General Moatasem Abdullah, Deputy Director of the Defense Industries Corporation.
He was received by the Governor of Al-Jazeera, Taher Ibrahim Al-Kheir, and the Commander of the First Division, Major General Awad Al-Karim Ali Said, along with the state’s security committee.
Upon his arrival, Kabbashi received a full briefing on the military operations in the area and reassured the security situation and the readiness of the forces in the axis.
