Al-Burhan Arrives in Guinea-Bissau

On Sunday, President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco, received Sudan’s Sovereign Council Chairman and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, who arrived in Guinea-Bissau on an official visit at the invitation of President Sissoco.

An official reception ceremony was held for the Chairman of the Sovereign Council at the Presidential Palace in the capital Bissau, with high-level officials in attendance.

Accompanying the Chairman of the Sovereign Council are Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin, Director General of the National Intelligence and Security Service, Major General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, and Director General of the Defense Industries System, Major General Mirghani Idris Suleiman.
