The Joint Forces of the armed struggle movements, in collaboration with the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Popular Resistance Youth, announced a surprise attack on the gatherings of the terrorist Rapid Support Forces militia in the Darfur region, specifically in the desert axis area of “Dari Shaqi.”
The official spokesperson for the Joint Forces of the armed struggle movements, Major Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, stated in a statement: “In another heroic chapter of national dignity, after precise intelligence tracking of their movements, we managed to completely destroy three enemy movements that were using more than 162 military vehicles, inflicting heavy losses on them in terms of personnel and equipment. The remnants of the militia fled southward towards Milti, leaving behind hundreds of bodies on the battlefield, in addition to destroying more than 54 military vehicles and capturing 67 others in excellent condition, equipped with various armaments.”
He further added, “We also inflicted a crushing defeat on the Rapid Support Forces militia camp in the Al-Half area of North Darfur, leading to the death of hundreds of mercenaries, the destruction of more than 46 military vehicles, and the capture of 21 other vehicles in excellent condition.”
The Joint Forces revealed that the militia attempted to reorganize and regroup their remaining forces in the border areas under the control of the Joint Forces, aiming to attack Malha in an attempt to regain their foothold in the international border triangle of Sudan, Libya, and Chad, the area they were previously expelled from, and to cut off their supply lines from abroad.
The statement emphasized that this major victory is an extension of a series of triumphs achieved in Al-Jazeera, Al-Fasher, Khartoum Bahri, and Al-Fitihab, confirming that the Janjaweed militia and their mercenaries are now unable to confront the will of the people and the resilience of its heroes. The Joint Forces pledged to continue guarding the country and pursuing the militia in all alleys, deserts, cities, and villages in order to liberate every inch of the nation’s land.
