Foreign Minister Ali Youssef described the U.S. decision to impose sanctions on the Chairman of the Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Army, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, as “unjust” and made at the hour of victory.
Youssef emphasized, according to “Sudan Tribune,” that the decision has no real consequences and does not affect Burhan’s military and civilian duties.
