More than 40 people killed and injured due to militia shelling in areas of Karari

The systematic shelling by the rebel militia targeting civilians in Karari locality, specifically in the 75th housing area, on Tuesday led to the death of one citizen and injuries to six others, including a child under the age of 6. The injured were transported to the Sawad Specialized Teaching Hospital.

Additionally, a citizen was killed in a late-night shelling on Monday that targeted neighborhoods 25, 12, and 15. Thirty-three others were injured with shrapnel in various parts of their bodies, and 11 of them were taken to the Al-Noor Teaching Hospital for treatment.

The Director-General of the Ministry of Health in Khartoum State, Acting Minister Dr. Fath Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, condemned the ongoing and systematic targeting of unarmed civilians in the safe areas of Khartoum State.
