Governor of Al-Jazirah: The Random Shelling by Militias Will Not Halt Development Efforts

The Governor of Al-Jazirah State, Al-Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair, affirmed that the random shelling by the rebel militias will not hinder the efforts of the state government to rebuild what the war has destroyed.

During his visit, accompanied by the State Security Committee and the Minister of Infrastructure, to sites affected by the shelling (with no casualties reported), he expressed the determination of his government and the central administration to rebuild the infrastructure destroyed by the terrorist militias.

The Minister of Infrastructure, Abubakr Abdullah, emphasized that targeting civilians and destroying infrastructure, such as electricity and water facilities, is a desperate act by the militias, who are on the verge of collapse. He announced continued efforts to rehabilitate water and electricity stations and implement immediate solutions by installing generators to provide water for citizens.
