The Director-General of the Sudanese General Intelligence Service, General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, his deputy, Lieutenant General Mohamed Abbas Al-Labeeb, and all members of the Service in various locations extend heartfelt congratulations to the Chairman of the Sovereign Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, his deputy, his aides, the Chief of Staff and his deputies, and the valiant officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the Armed Forces. Special congratulations were also extended to the brave soldiers in Bahri, the General Command headquarters, the Signal Corps, and the General Intelligence Service headquarters in Bahri, who never faltered under siege or lost their resolve despite the long blockade. The congratulations were also directed to the proud Sudanese people.

In a statement, the Intelligence Service said:

“With God’s grace and guidance, today, our Armed Forces and the supporting forces demonstrated the finest example of sacrifice and dedication. This was evident in the unification of armies from all fronts, breaking the unjust siege of the General Command headquarters, and the integration of the Signal Corps forces with the General Intelligence Service forces in the Shendi bus station area of Bahri. Our valiant soldiers bravely withstood the prolonged siege with faith and courage until God honored them with a great victory and a noble triumph. Your victories today have warmed the hearts of the Sudanese people, reaffirming that our courageous brothers in the Armed Forces and all forces participating in the Battle of Dignity are exemplary in perseverance and determination. They are the banner of truth and dignity, standing tall against any wicked aggressor.”

The statement further emphasized that the General Intelligence Service salutes the courage of the Commander-in-Chief, his wise leadership, the steadfastness of the Chief of Staff and his deputies, and the dedication of officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers from all units. They have drawn the features of a free and noble Sudan. The Service assured the proud Sudanese people that it will continue to stand as a pillar of support to the Armed Forces in the Battle of Dignity and Liberation, with unyielding determination, unwavering patience, and steadfast faith in God. It pledged to remain at the forefront of efforts to defend Sudan, ensuring its security and stability until every inch of the land is cleansed of the betrayal and treachery of the militias.
