The exchange rates of some foreign currencies have risen against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market, while others have remained stable at their previous highs.

Currency traders reported that the U.S. dollar remained stable at SDG 2,660 in Wednesday’s trading. The Saudi riyal was recorded at SDG 709.33, while the Emirati dirham stood at SDG 724.79. The euro saw a slight increase, reaching SDG 2,770.83, while the British pound rose to SDG 3,325.

The Egyptian pound was recorded at SDG 52.88, while the Bahraini dinar stood at SDG 7,000. The Qatari riyal saw a slight increase, reaching SDG 732.78, whereas the Omani rial was recorded at SDG 6,820.51. The Kuwaiti dinar stood at SDG 8,580.64.
