Completion of 11 Fuel Stations in Madani and Arrangements for Gas Supply

The Petroleum Department in the Al-Jazeera State announced the completion of 11 fuel stations in Madani and that efforts are underway to operate a considerable number of stations this week. They also revealed arrangements to provide gas from the Managil and Umm Qurra depots, as well as the Bashayer Company, to meet the needs of families and bakeries.
The Economic Emergency and Commodity Flow Committee in Al-Jazeera State approved fuel distribution regulations and the transportation of foodstuffs to localities in a meeting on Tuesday, chaired by Atif Mohamed Ibrahim Abu Shouk, Director-General of the Ministry of Finance, Economics, and Labor, and the Acting Minister. The committee also emphasized efforts to ensure the availability of gas for bakeries and cooking before the start of Ramadan.
Hassan Suleiman, Director of the Petroleum Department, presented the main regulations for fuel distribution, which emphasized that the fuel should be distributed within the vehicle’s fuel tank and that fuel stations should operate from 7 AM to 4 PM.
He also confirmed the completion of 11 fuel stations in Madani, with ongoing efforts to activate several other stations this week, and arrangements to provide gas from the Managil and Umm Qurra depots, as well as Bashayer, to meet the needs of families and bakeries.
Dr. Al-Harith Mustafa Al-Sheikh, Director of the Trade Department, reviewed the efforts of the Economic Emergency Chamber to facilitate the entry of consumer goods into Madani, stressing the importance of approval for transporting foodstuffs to localities to meet the needs of the population.
The minister emphasized the need to continue efforts to facilitate the provision of essential goods for citizens in Madani and other localities and to intensify both official and popular efforts to prepare markets and public transport stations.
